Plan of operation

Executive Director or chief Executive of Rokeya Health and Education Foundation (RHEF) shall be responsible for implementation of the project of program. Relevant staff of required number will be recruited and they would under staff development training. After the training they will be regularly supervised and monitored. Evaluation will be conducted annually reports to donor agencies. Job and other concerned agencies will be provided quarterly. As a non political and developing organization its programs are as:

*Training:

Integrated community development association RHEF places much emphasis of development practicability of training programs by innovating new techniques approaches and materials for the development workers of others programs RHEF.

        * Consciousness raising and motivation

        * Role of Development

        * Literacy Education and curriculum Development

        * Project evaluation and documentation

        * MCH and TBA

*HIV/AIDS STD Program.

Basic object of the HIV/AIDS program of RHEF is to prevent HIV infection disease among people of the people of the country and to reduce influence of HIV/STD program, for success of this program RHEF HIV/AIDS STD Program manager and some experienced deputy program manager have been providing all kinds of assistance. At present for experienced expert are working to provide technical assistance its RHEF.

  *Water and sanitation and hyagiene promotion

Due to lack of safe drinking water facilities and number of deaths, particularly among the children, in Bangladesh each year. In addition to providing tube wells with limited subsiquite and sanitary latrines of full cost basis RHEF provide facilitation support to community people from 2014 to till now so that they are capability identify their problems plan activities towards achieving 100% sanitation and hyagiene behavior practices in community on their own. They newly envolved 100% sized village approach has shown immense potentialities to be replicated and has drawn attention of NGO/GOB agencies activity involved in the sector. Total 120 groups and 120 families are benefits from this project.

*Environment protection and disaster preparedness

Following disasters RHEF has now mitiated and program to involve people in undertaking short term and long term disaster prevention programs which include awareness development and education, plantation, preservation of environment and disaster preparedness.

*Seminar/Workshop etc.

RHEF contributes from January 01, to end of December 31, 2016 period toward the development of approximate rural technologies with the innovation, modification experimentation and adaptation of various technologies, RHEF has established to technology workshop at its own campus for the innovation, modification and experimentation of various rural based technologies.

*Communication and publication

RHEF makes effective use of development communities’ materials that includes electronics/Audiovisual, print and non profit and games media, since its inception. RHEF has been enriched learning materials such as sound slides, tape drama, film scripts, and success stories, compendium Bangla and English quarterlies, such books/manuals, literacy primers, port literacy and follow up books and various illustrated materials, The professional capabilities of tested through training and recognization has been accorded to RHEF at regional and national and international levels on several occasions for the production and development of communication materials.

*Integrated community development Program:

RHEF integrated community development program includes activities such as consusness raising through motivation in progress of forming group/rural preperative institution with poor males and females from 2014-2016 and 2500 families are now involved in their project. Integrated community development undertakes projects such as income generation, health nutrition, family planning, water education and infrastructure development for the overall socioeconomic of uphold as well as development of leadership for planning, management and implementation of those projects for various types of service and programs.

  *Material and child health care project

In Bangladesh approximately eighty five percent of children are born at the hands of the traditional birth RHEF. Through well respected in rural areas have superstitious ideas and hyagienee practices causing total problems of mothers and babies, through provision of training and follow up RHEF attempts to ensure safe delivery and reduce child and maternal death rates so that people will be motivate to limit their familie sixe.

*Integrating disability success in community development

RHEF believes that people with disability are not disabled such they are differently able. It is the community which needs to change the attitude towards theRHEF so that they get equal opportunity in the society take part in normal life to help them and contribute to their families and society as a whole. As such RHEF takes up activities integrating disabled children in RHEF programs with other normal children. It also involves adult disables in the group formation process and in income generation activities with provision of loan. In addition assistance in minor treatment and some equipment are provided helping the poor people to lead normal lives so that they can use their potentials effectively.

*Research and evaluation:

Research and evaluation studies hop identify issues regarding the effectiveness and disability of various development programs. RHEF research and evaluation activate are conducted with a view to compling field experience, evaluation existing programs and dissemination learning through training and demonstration.

*Women’s literacy and children’s education program:

RHEF operate non formal adult and children education programs from January 01 2014 to end of December 31, 2016 and 8000 for its community beneficiaries with the introduction of nontraditional approach terms of techniques, materials and methods in adults education RHEF emphasizes the education of young mothers who are able to development messages and contribute to the strengthening of family and society. Also conduct training on non formal adult literacy, children, education and circles development and develops suitable educational materials.

*Training Plan:

RHEF organize 3 types of training namely capacity building training for general staffs and volunteers, skill development training for target audience and specialized training for project stuffs, RHEF training venue will be used for most of the training, venues will be made more enabling through incorporation of required equipment and accommodation favourities will locally hired, both internal and external resource persons will be prepared to complete the training successfully, methology of imparting the training will include lecture & presentation, demonstration groups discussion practical and train storming.
