Rokeya Foundation is a Non-political, and Non-Government Voluntary Development Organization formed with the initiatives of a few committed and dedicated social workers and philanthropists. This organization initiated by some like-minded development patrons, for the liftmen of the socio- economic condition of rural & urban communities as well as dissemination of information about development.From the very inception, we tried our best to cover the needs of distressed humanity particularly the poor, powerless and distress men and women. In reality, Unnayan is a local NGO accomplishing backward support services and developing forward linkage for our target population within the capability of UNNAYAN.

Rokeya Foundation established 2014 with an aim to promote human and socio-economic development and  has been working for long 30 years for the under privileged hardcore poor  people living in Bangladesh. To achieve the aim, we organize the rural people who are living in poverty to improve their livelihood..  At present UNNAYAN is implementing some physical and other interventions of Community Based Adaptation measures in the Ecologically Vulnerable  areas in Bangladesh  through adaptive strategies.
