Source of Fund:

All programs/project implementing under the organization own resources. This includes contribution, grants, monthly subscription by members and local donors etc.are now major source of fund.

Advisory Body:

RDF as Advisory Board  having sound knowledge in development and good background in social and human resources management and development think tank. An advisory board also advised to the organization time to time.

Volunteers Role :

An involvement of 120 volunteers of RDF works as service providers and direct support to the target people in development aspect. They are also well and good performers in the development aspect as per RDF desirable goal working as voluntarily.
