Especially vulnerable group like children, women, older people and ethnic groups even general people were severely exploited, oppressed and deprived in the society.
The Government service providers, local government institution like Union parisad and other institutions are less responsible on their accountability and transparency. Both vulnerable and general people always seek cooperation and services to their wellbeing from the government service provider, local government and local leaders. They are reluctant and less transparent on their services for the general people. Their less accountability and transparency on their service may intimidation to the vulnerable groups such as older people, widow, disables are mostly deprived from these service sectors and lead their life in more awful.
The salient features of women suffering in the area were early marriage, dowry, divorce, domestic violence, and separation with children without maintenance also existed there. In addition, malnutrition & maternal mortality rate in the area were found higher.
The condition of children was also worse. They were the victims of unplanned parenthood and were born underweight due to poor health status of the mothers. Most of the children remained unschooled or little schooled due to financial insolvency of the parents and their apathy about education.
Older people and ethnic groups were surviving in terrible condition; suffer from basic needs such as health care, well food and cloth. The ethnic children were deprived from light of education and nutritional food. They were surrounded by superstitions and outdated from modern technology.
